En el marco del trabajo conjunto entre el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnología de la Provincia de Salta y el sector productivo minero, la Subsecretaría de Educación y Trabajo llevó adelante una nueva capacitación en Manejo Defensivo, desarrollada en articulación con la empresa Hidrotec Perforaciones.
La jornada tuvo como eje principal el fortalecimiento de los conocimientos y habilidades en seguridad vial aplicada al ámbito laboral, destacando el compromiso de los participantes en la adopción de prácticas responsables y preventivas.
Durante el encuentro se vivió un momento especial con el reconocimiento al alumno número 5.000 de Hidrotec S.A., símbolo del crecimiento sostenido del programa de capacitaciones impulsado por la Subsecretaría junto a la empresa en los distintos municipios de toda la provincia.
El Gerente General de Hidrotec Perforaciones, Emiliano Gómez Martínez, felicitó a los asistentes por su participación y reafirmó la importancia de continuar generando espacios de formación que promuevan la seguridad, la responsabilidad y la profesionalización del trabajo.

Por su parte, el Subsecretario de Educación y Trabajo, Profesor Diego López Morillo, expresó:
“Cada capacitación representa una oportunidad para que nuestros trabajadores y estudiantes accedan a herramientas concretas que fortalecen su inserción laboral. Este reconocimiento simboliza el esfuerzo colectivo de una provincia que apuesta a la formación y al trabajo como ejes del desarrollo.”
De esta manera, la Subsecretaría continúa consolidando su compromiso con una educación técnica y profesional articulada con las demandas del mundo laboral, promoviendo una formación con impacto real en la empleabilidad y el desarrollo productivo de Salta.
