La Subsecretaría de Educación y Trabajo acompañó el cierre de la capacitación “Inducción Laboral en las Actividades de Operarios/as para la Minería”, desarrollada junto a la empresa Hidrotec Perforaciones.
En la localidad de El Bordo se realizó el acto de entrega de certificados a los participantes que completaron la capacitación “Inducción Laboral en las Actividades de Operarios/as para la Minería”, una propuesta formativa impulsada por la Subsecretaría de Educación y Trabajo, dependiente del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnología de la Provincia de Salta, en articulación con la empresa Hidrotec Perforaciones.
El encuentro contó con la participación del Intendente de El Bordo, autoridades locales y el Secretario de Trabajo, quienes compartieron este importante cierre junto a los egresados que culminaron exitosamente su proceso de formación.
Desde la Subsecretaría de Educación y Trabajo se destacó el compromiso de la empresa Hidrotec Perforaciones, y en particular el del Gerente General Emiliano Gómez Martínez, por su constante apoyo y articulación con el sistema educativo provincial. Asimismo, se reconoció la labor del capacitador Javier Fernando López Cossini, por su dedicación y acompañamiento técnico durante todo el trayecto formativo.
Esta capacitación gratuita y con certificación ministerial tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las competencias laborales de los trabajadores locales, promoviendo el desarrollo de capacidades vinculadas a la industria minera, uno de los sectores productivos estratégicos para la provincia.
